I felt the urge to write about two hard habits to form and stick with with; self-care & compassion. It has become habitual for many of us to neglect ourselves on a daily basis. I don’t know about you but I often catch myself being inattentive or downright mean to myself!
In order to redirect a bad habit, you must first recognize that you have it! Being the observer of your Self will cause you to catch yourself “in the act” of neglectful, bad habits.
I can write many examples of all the ways we fail take good care of ourselves but that would not raise our frequency! Therefore, I’m writing a list of things “to do,” to show your self that you do care about YOU! All of the following examples will create Great Habits towards Self-Care & Compassion. Give them a go!
